Angle Sanding Fence

The drawing below shows my simple and inexpensive idea for sanding angles on the disc sander. I bought a magnetic tool holder strip - the kind with the magnets slotted into a wooden mounting board. The magnets are so strong it has plenty of grip when turned upside-down on the metal sander table, creating a no-nonsense fence. It works great (even for compound angles!) and is quite reasonable.
